"The Georgia Senate gave final passage Wednesday to legislation that would take the wraps off Tesla Motors’ ability to sell its all-electric sedans in Georgia. If Deal signs the legislation, it would let Tesla expand its operations in Georgia from three stores to five. More importantly, it would lift a cap in current law that limits Tesla sales in the Peach State to 150 a year."
